Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an OPT Recruiter, located in Hyderabad. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for open positions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining candidate databases. The role also involves establishing strong relationships with universities and other institutions to build a pipeline of talent.

Are you a people-centric recruiter with a deep understanding of US hiring practices, visa regulations, and IT technologies

We’re looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter who is hands-on with sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent across US job portals

• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Strong relationship-building skills with educational institutions and other partners
• Proficiency with recruitment databases and candidate management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in technical staffing or recruiting is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required

• Working with MS Teams for seamless team communication
