Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OPT Recruiter to join our team. This role requires a combination of strong recruitment skills to source and engage OPT/CPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, and GC EAD candidates, along with technical expertise to review and evaluate candidates profiles and submissions for accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (OPT Recruiter Duties):
Source, identify, and recruit candidates on OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and other EAD categories through Linkdin, networking, universities, and social platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Maintain a database of active and potential candidates.
Coordinate with candidates regarding training, marketing, and placement opportunities.
