Opportunity for Project Planning role for Bikaner Location

To plan, monitor, and control solar EPC projects by developing schedules, tracking progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project execution within cost and quality parameters.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare

  detailed project schedules

  (baseline and detailed level) for solar EPC projects (MW-scale rooftop/utility).
• Develop and monitor

  L1, L2, and L3 project plans

  using tools like

  Primavera P6 / MS Project

  .
• Track project progress against planned schedules and identify

  critical paths and delays

  .
• Prepare

  weekly and monthly progress reports

  , dashboards, and MIS for management and clients.
• Coordinate with

  engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams

  to align schedules.
• Monitor

  material delivery schedules

  , vendor timelines, and site execution milestones.
• Identify risks, constraints, and mitigation plans related to project timelines.
  
• Support

  billing milestones

  , cash flow planning, and earned value analysis (EVA).
• Participate in project review meetings and provide planning inputs.
  
• Ensure adherence to

  contractual timelines

  and client deliverables.
