PSU Bancassurance Relationship Manager

Location:

Role Overview

  • Drive insurance sales through PSU bank branches in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Identify business potential and increase insurance penetration across branches.
  • Implement sales initiatives, marketing activities, and campaigns to boost business.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PSU bank branch managers, cluster heads, and regional office teams.
  • Conduct regular branch visits, review meetings, and joint sales calls.
  • Ensure maximum mindshare and productivity from each branch..

Candidate Requirements

  • 2- 8 years of experience in

    Bancassurance / Insurance Sales / PSU Channel / BFSI

    .
  • Strong knowledge of life/general insurance products and bancassurance models.
  • Experience handling PSU bank relationships (SBI, PNB, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
