We are looking for a dynamic, hands on leader to spearhead engineering and operations across our Aerospace, Medical and Precision Engineering verticals. Your Mission Drive and align daily engineering activities across critical departments. Lead cross functional coordination of NPD, Production and Quality. Ensure compliance with AS9100D and ISO 13485. Build scalable systems, refine workflows and implement world-class processes. Inspire productivity, ensure on-time delivery and lead by doing. Embed a culture of continuous improvement across every team and tool. You Bring 5+ years of leadership experience in Aerospace or Medical manufacturing A hands-on, process driven leadership style that earns respect on the floor. Strong coordination skills across engineering, quality, and operations. Experience with ERP systems, lean practices, and compliance frameworks. A mindset focused on performance, people and precision.
