Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team handling

    International Banking processes

    (Collections / Voice / Back Office).
  • Monitor team performance, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain quality standards.
  • Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  • Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Overall 4+ years of experience in BPO operations

    minimum 1 year as a Team Lead
