Operations Support Apprentice

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in

  resource allocation, staffing coordination

  , and workforce planning support in collaboration with the team and HR.
• Maintain and update

  MIS reports

  , trackers, and operational dashboards
• Help ensure

  timesheet compliance

  and timely follow-ups with internal teams
• Support in gathering and preparing data for

  project invoicing and cost tracking

• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like HR, Finance, and Delivery
• Identify bottlenecks and assist in

  process improvements and workflow optimization

• Use Excel and reporting tools to generate periodic performance and operations reports
• Contribute to compliance with standard operating procedures and reporting protocols
• Provide administrative and operational support across delivery functions
• Work under the guidance of senior team members to support execution of key operational initiatives.

Education and Experience

• 6 months 1 year of experience in an operations role (internship or full-time)

• MBA (Operations / General Management)

  or pursuing final year
• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (pivot tables, vlookup, charts, dashboards, etc.)
• Basic familiarity with

  Zoho Projects

  or similar time/project tracking tools is a plus
• Exposure to MIS reporting, data coordination, and process documentation
• Good organizational, analytical, and coordination skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
