Role Overview

Lead International Operations

Key Responsibilities

Tutor Quality Control

• Evaluate tutor sessions using pre-set QC templates.
• Maintain accurate QC records and share timely feedback for performance improvement.
  

Help desk & Support

• Address parent, student, and tutor queries via email (using approved templates).
• Monitor Slack channels to manage real-time requests and technical issues.
• Provide last-minute support including substitutions and troubleshooting.
• Assist students with scheduling, group changes, and other concerns.
  

Performance Metrics

• Ensure timely responses (SLA adherence) via Slack and email.
• Resolve issues within defined TATs.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (mandatory).
• 4–8 years in academic support operations (international exposure preferred).
• Proficient in Slack, email clients, and online tools.
• Experience with Airtable or Monday.com (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• High ownership and attention to detail.
