Job Description

As an Operations Supervisor based in Kochi, Kerala, your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day activities of the QMC related to Visa application operations. You will be accountable for overseeing the department-specific supervisors and ensuring smooth operations at the center. Your essential functions will include: - Overall responsibility of QMC operations - Monitoring team performance and devising improvement plans when necessary - Managing a team of approximately 15-40 employees with 2-4 direct reports - Assigning staff duties and managing roster based on trend analysis - Ensuring highest service standards and quality are met - Optimizing resource utilization and monitoring security issues - Training and mentoring the team, implementing new processes - Ensuring compliance with defined SLAs and systems - Coordinating with Value-Added Services team for operational efficiency - Managing escalations and providing effective resolutions - Monitoring software changes as per business requirements - Handling MIS, business reviews, and ensuring timely updates of regulatory approvals - Coordinating with Accounts Department for refunds, escalations, and reconciliations In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, you will also be responsible for achieving business targets, analyzing trends, updating colleagues on performance, and managing the sales floor effectively. Your performance will be measured based on operational targets, customer and team satisfaction, adherence to SOPs, and website/system management. You should possess a graduate degree with 5-7 years of experience in a healthcare environment, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in MS Office, effective communication skills, familiarity with customized software, decision-making ability under pressure, relationship management, and leadership skills are mandatory for this role. Preferred skills include communication skills in regional languages and a balanced personality. As an Operations Supervisor, you will report to the Center Manager, Country Manager, or Head of Operations. You will manage a team of approximately 60-200 employees with 5 direct reports. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of QMC operations and achieving operational targets effectively.,
