The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operational tasks, manage workflows, ensure efficient operations, and supervise staff. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, implementing operational policies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions with team members.
