About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular

  site visits

  to audit attendance, uniform discipline, and worker behavior.
• Maintain

  MIS records

  for payslip distribution, uniform issuance, warning letters, and site audits.
• Respond promptly to

  client escalation mails

  and coordinate manpower requirements.
• Source, screen, and deploy

  forklift operators, drivers, and helpers

  through local networks and referrals.
• Maintain a

  manpower pipeline

  across different client sites and sectors.
• Support new client additions to the payroll through proactive engagement and sourcing.
• Manage multiple clients and respond professionally even while on-site.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–6 years of experience in

  manpower operations / facility management / logistics recruitment

  .
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Fluent in

  Hindi and English

  (must be able to reply to client mails).
• Organized and field-active — with a valid driving licence.
• Experience handling forklift or logistics manpower will be a

  strong advantage

  .
