Operations & Recruitment Leader

in Hyderabad to ensure our workplace runs with military precision and our recruitment engine consistently fuels growth.This role is for a

seasoned operator and task master

who can balance operational discipline with recruitment performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end daily office operations: opening/closing, attendance, discipline, compliance, and upkeep.
  • Implement structured processes and SOPs for Hyderabad office functioning.
  • Manage vendors, supplies, contracts, and operational budgets.
  • Build reporting systems to give leadership real-time operational visibility.
  • Ensure the Hyderabad office operates at the highest standard of efficiency.

Recruitment Leadership (50%)

  • Drive the recruitment team (manager + junior recruiters) to consistently achieve 5+ successful hires per month.
  • Set performance metrics, enforce discipline, and hold recruiters accountable.
  • Mentor and coach the recruitment manager while monitoring recruiter pipelines daily.
  • Anticipate talent gaps and ensure proactive hiring strategies.
  • Deliver weekly recruitment and onboarding dashboards to leadership.

  • Office operations run without escalations or delays.
  • Recruitment engine delivers minimum 5 new hires every month.
  • Junior recruiters achieve their KPIs consistently.
  • Leadership never needs to chase for updates — reporting is proactive, accurate, and timely.

Ideal Profile

  • 10–15 year's experience in Operations & Recruitment Management.
  • Proven experience in IT Services / Staff Augmentation / System Integration firms.
  • Strong task-master mindset thrives on enforcing discipline and driving accountability.
  • Experienced in leading recruitment functions with aggressive hiring targets.
  • Excellent at operational planning, vendor management, and reporting.
  • Natural authority, able to command respect and drive execution.
