Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee survey projects across multiple sites.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
• Liaise between survey teams, clients, and legal authorities for smooth communication.
• Develop and implement efficient operational workflows and documentation practices.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to senior management and clients.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to avoid project delays or compliance issues.
• Support the adoption of new technologies (drones, GPS, CAD systems) to improve project outcomes.
• Lead, motivate, and guide field teams to achieve project targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field

  .
• Proven experience in

  operations or project management

  , preferably in surveying, construction, or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of

  survey tools (DGPS, Total Station, AutoCAD)

  is a plus.
• Excellent

  leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Strong

  communication skills

  for effective client and team coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments.
• Certification in

  Project Management (PMP/Prince2)

  is desirable.
