Operations Project Manager

As an Operations & Project Manager at Autofigures Media, a YouTube-first media production agency based in Indore, your role will involve overseeing daily operations for YouTube, editing, and design projects. You will manage editors, thumbnail designers, writers, and coordinators, build and maintain workflow systems for content calendars and deliverables, and communicate directly with clients to ensure expectations and deadlines are aligned. Additionally, you will review and optimize project pipelines for efficiency and quality control, as well as track key performance metrics such as delivery times, quality scores, and client satisfaction. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has at least 2-4 years of experience in a media agency, video production house, or YouTube channel management company. You should have hands-on experience managing creative or digital teams, possess strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, and have a working knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, Frame.io, or Monday.com. Familiarity with YouTube workflows, a founders mindset, and a background in video editing or creative production would be advantageous. This is a full-time, on-site position in Indore, from Monday to Saturday with flexible timing based on deliverables.
