You will be joining the Mumbai team of STEMLearn.AI as an Operations/Project Manager. Your role will involve managing diverse tasks, coordinating projects, and supporting leadership in operational activities. This versatile position offers significant exposure to cross-functional responsibilities in a fast-paced EdTech environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute and follow through on operational tasks and projects assigned by management. - Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations and business documents for internal and external needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. - Support in general management, project execution, and operational duties. - Handle day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks as required. **Qualifications:** - MBA from a reputable college (top-tier B-School preferred). - Strong foundation in general management, operations, and project execution. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace tools. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office.
