Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality delivery. This role involves managing manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and service functions while aligning operations with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, and service operations.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with regulations.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Oversee ERP systems, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Lead and develop operational teams to achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of operations management experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and compliance standards.

Reporting To: CEO / Senior Management

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
