Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales activities, engaging with leads, converting prospects into customers, and supporting the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on incoming leads.
• Understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
• Schedule appointments, product demos, or meetings for the field sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and customer information.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of deals.
• Share regular updates and reports with the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and Kannada

Preferred Qualities:

• Prior experience in B2B or B2C inside sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good listening skills and customer-first attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
