Position: Business Development Manager - Field Sales
Location: HSR Layout_Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients across sectors such as education, corporate, and government.- Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline through cold calling, networking, and online research.- Conduct on-site and virtual demonstrations of display solutions tailored to client needs.- Extensive travel within the assigned sales territory.- Showcase the product's unique features and benefits to address client pain points.- Engage decision-makers to assess their display requirements and propose suitable solutions.- Create and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations.- Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction to secure repeat business.- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer loyalty.- Provide after-sales support to address client queries and identify additional sales opportunities.- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.* Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress toward sales goals and challenges encountered.- Closely with the Sales Manager to align strategies and meet targets.- Partner with the marketing team to develop sales-enabling materials and campaigns.Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology or display solutions sector.Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.Strong negotiation and deal-closing expertise.Technical aptitude to understand and explain product features.Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.Performance-based incentives and bonuses.Other Benefits:
Travel allowances for field visits.Extensive travel within the assigned sales territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
