The School Administrator/Manager-Operations/Admin Manager at Vibgyor High Hinjewadi school is a key role responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing various administrative activities within the organization. As an Administrator, you will be tasked with overseeing subordinate staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and implementing supervisory techniques to streamline operations. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring budgets to optimize efficiency while minimizing costs, managing various administrative functions, and ensuring the upkeep of office premises and assets through timely AMC and repair services. Additionally, you will be required to oversee transport management to guarantee the safety of students during commute, handle emergencies, and mentor the administrative team. Collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Board to devise effective strategies, supervising canteen management, facility maintenance, IT infrastructure, and store operations, are also crucial aspects of this role. Desired qualifications include a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in relevant fields from a recognized University, along with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in school administration, particularly with ICSE/CBSE Boards. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, financial acumen, and proficient knowledge of administrative functions including facility management, budgeting, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office suite tools such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint is essential.
