Operations Manager - Transport Mobility

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient cab rental services and customer satisfaction at a pan India level. Your role will involve managing staff, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Additionally, you will be managing financial responsibilities, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
