Operations Manager - Transport Mobility

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of cab rental services at a pan India level. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the staff by hiring, training, and coordinating for effective performance and accuracy. - Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. - Managing financial responsibilities such as budgeting, cost control, and revenue management. - Analyzing performance metrics of the operations team, implementing improvement process strategies, and coordinating with other departments for seamless operations and customer experience. - Ensuring safety standards and managing vendor relationships for maintenance and supplies. - Implementing operations strategy, targets, and procedures for pan India and globally. - Managing a team of shift managers to achieve pre-agreed goals at a pan India level. - Focusing on revenue generation, profitability, and category functions across pan India operations. - Working on analytics for operational process improvement and customer satisfaction. - Benchmarking prices across pan India clients and car vendors. - Managing the car rental services accuracy and developing processes for customer satisfaction. - Analyzing competitor benchmarking and providing guidelines to the team. - Ensuring cab inventory levels are consistently maintained for last-minute availability.
