Job Summary:

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Service Delivery

  • Oversee day-to-day Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations across assigned sites (Hard & Soft Services).
  • Monitor service KPIs/SLA adherence and drive continuous improvements in delivery.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all operational aspects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; regularly conduct service reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure contract compliance and work proactively to address client needs.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of facility executives, supervisors, and technicians.
  • Define roles, set objectives, and evaluate performance.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs.

Vendor & Procurement Management

  • Oversee vendor performance, service contracts, and material procurement.
  • Ensure vendors adhere to company standards and compliance protocols.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts to optimize service quality and cost efficiency.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Support in budget preparation and ensure operational costs are within approved limits.
  • Track and report on KPIs, incident reports, maintenance logs, and cost optimization.
  • Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to management and clients.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all operations are compliant with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments as required.
  • Promote a safety-first culture across all sites.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering / Facilities Management / Business Administration or related field.
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in Facility/Operations Management, preferably in an IFM setup.
  • Prior experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mixed-use facilities.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, housekeeping, security, and soft services.
