Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager at our company, your role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all operational departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance. Your duties will include: - Recruiting, onboarding, and developing staff - Constructing schedules and conducting performance reviews - Fostering morale and a high-service culture within the team Additionally, you will oversee guest services to ensure satisfaction by managing check-ins, resolving complaints, collecting feedback, and maintaining quality checks. Your responsibilities will also include: - Managing budgets and controlling costs - Working with finance teams to monitor profitability - Enforcing health, safety, and hygiene standards You will be required to align with department heads and other functional teams such as sales and marketing to ensure cohesive service delivery. Monitoring performance data, guest feedback, and operational flows to implement enhancements for improved efficiency and service quality will also be part of your role. In the absence of the General Manager, you will step in as the Acting GM. This will involve overseeing operations, attending stakeholder meetings, and ensuring business continuity.
