Core Responsibilities

Retail Leadership & Brand Presence

• Oversee daily store operations, team performance, and customer experience standards.
• Train and mentor staff on brand representation, customer service, and sales excellence.
• Ensure promotions, offers, and in-store communications align with the brand identity.
• Support brand initiatives, from product launches and promotions to day-to-day brand tasks.

E-Commerce

• Lead e-commerce operations — from product listings to inventory control — across website, marketplaces, and social commerce.
• Ensure online product presentation, descriptions, and imagery reflect the brand’s quality and tone of voice.
• Partner with marketing teams to align online promotions, launches, and campaigns with in-store strategies.
• Monitor customer feedback across channels to refine brand experience and improve satisfaction.

Operational Excellence & Growth

• Track daily and monthly sales performance.
• Manage budgets, reconcile financial data, and ensure smooth supply chain flow.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements for speed, accuracy, and profitability.

Team & Culture

• Hire, onboard, and develop team members for both retail and e-commerce functions.
• Build a collaborative environment where there’s always someone to help.
• Maintain a culture of high performance with healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. (Preferred - Business Administration or Retail Management).
• 2-4 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, fashion or operations roles. (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in using AI tools and technology to enhance efficiency.
• Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office (Preferred Excel).
• Proficiency in Shopify or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English & Hindi is a must (Telugu optional but preferred).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Adaptability to dynamic and changing priorities.
