Job Description

Manage and grow the Flipkart marketplace business for D2C brands, owning GMV, revenue targets, and account performance.
Handle end-to-end Flipkart account operations including catalog management, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and inventory planning.
Drive business growth through effective offer planning, visibility improvement, and coordination with Flipkart category and account teams.
Monitor sales performance, competition, and marketplace trends; take data-driven actions to improve conversion and profitability.
Work closely with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment, stock availability, and customer satisfaction.
