Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Jaipur. The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day business operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring effective communication between departments. Key responsibilities include managing team activities, overseeing compliance with legal and regulatory standards, tracking performance metrics, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives to drive organizational efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

Operational skills: Proficiency in process management, project management, and strategic planning.
Leadership skills: Team management, conflict resolution, and ability to mentor and motivate employees effectively.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze operational metrics, generate accurate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to facilitate collaboration across teams.
Legal and regulatory knowledge: Experience with compliance and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Experience in the legal/consulting domain or familiarity with law firm operations is beneficial.
