Job Description

The job involves to oversee the execution of services, ensuring smooth transitions for employees across borders This role will focus on managing key client relationships, driving operational excellence, and enhancing service delivery The ideal candidate will Lead the end-to-end delivery of destination services, ensuring seamless relocations for employees and their families Foster and manage client relationships, maintaining high standards of service and promptly addressing any concerns Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and relocation consultants to execute a wide range of destination services (e g , home search, settling-in, immigration support) Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to implement continuous process improvements Guide and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational objectives Partner with senior management to refine strategies that optimize service delivery and operational efficiency Qualifications: An MBA with 10 years of experience in operations management, client servicing, or global mobility, with a proven track record in managing destination services and complex client relationships
