Role Overview

Operations Manager Intern

BISH

This role is ideal for individuals aspiring to grow into future program or project management positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks between web development, design, and content teams.
• Track daily and weekly progress reports for all active projects.
• Follow up on NDAs, intern documentation, and submissions.
• Manage onboarding, communication, and performance tracking of interns.
• Ensure all project timelines and deliverables are met efficiently.
• Conduct brief weekly performance and progress reviews.
• Prepare structured reports and provide recommendations for workflow optimization.
• Assist the management team with planning and internal communication.

Who Can Apply

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are pursuing or have completed degrees in

  Business Administration, Operations, Management, or Marketing.

• Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• Are comfortable managing teams and multitasking in a remote environment.
• Are familiar with tools like

  Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or Excel.

• Are proactive, self-disciplined, and capable of leading through accountability.

Prior leadership or team coordination experience (even in student organizations) will be an added advantage.
