Operations Manager : Hotel/Resort

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all departments within the hotel or resort, ensuring the highest level of guest service, operational efficiency, and staff performance. This is a leadership position focused on delivering smooth daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Maintenance, and Spa.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through timely service, clean rooms, and quality food.
• Analyze P&L statements, monitor budgets, and improve cost efficiencies.
• Coordinate between departments for seamless functioning.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Conduct daily briefing and operational audits.
• Maintain compliance with hospitality and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Owners to meet business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of proven experience in hotel operations.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) like IDS/OPERA preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
