Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across all departments of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest satisfaction, efficient hotel operations, staff performance, cost control, and compliance with brand standards. This role plays a key part in enhancing productivity, service quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight

  • Supervise front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and other operational departments.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day hotel functioning, maintaining high service standards.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental operations to ensure timely guest services.

2. Guest Satisfaction

  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements for service excellence.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

3. Staff Supervision & Development

  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Foster a positive, productive work environment aligned with company culture.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and briefings.

4. Budget & Cost Management

  • Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Track inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.

5. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs for all departments.

6. Reporting & Strategy

  • Prepare operational reports and submit insights to senior management.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in hotel operations with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
