We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resources, streamlining processes, and improving overall productivity while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the organization.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic operational plans.
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in the automobile sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
