We are expanding our operations in Vadodara and looking for a dynamic professional with a nursing background to manage operations, marketing, and recruitment activities.

Role Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, lead healthcare recruitment activities, and drive marketing initiatives in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical understanding (B.Sc. Nursing), excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities in alignment with organizational standards.
• Coordinate with clinical teams, management, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth functioning of service delivery, documentation, and compliance.
• Implement SOPs, quality standards, and process improvements.
• Recruitment
• Lead end-to-end recruitment of nurses, paramedical staff, caregivers, and support teams.
• Conduct screening, interviews, documentation checks, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through colleges, agencies, and referral networks.
• Ensure timely deployment of healthcare professionals to clients/hospitals.
• Marketing & Business Development
• Execute marketing strategies to promote 2050 Healthcare services.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, nursing colleges, and community partners.
• Conduct field visits, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Manage local branding, social media coordination (if required), and lead generation.
• Support client acquisition and retention through consistent communication.
• Administration & Reporting
• Maintain records, MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and operational documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
• Manage budgets related to operations, events, and marketing campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical knowledge (B.Sc. Nursing mandatory).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage field and office responsibilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within Vadodara and nearby regions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
