Job Description

Plan, organize, and supervise daily dispatching activities. Assign and monitor schedules, routes, and delivery loads for drivers. Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of goods according to client requirements. Track deliveries, resolve delays, and handle customer complaints related to dispatch. Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and delivery performance. Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety, transportation, and regulatory requirements. Train and supervise dispatching staff and drivers. Prepare dispatch performance reports and suggest improvements. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle pressure and resolve delivery issues quickly. Plan, direct, and oversee day-to-day business operations. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
