Role Overview: As an operations Manager you have to oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Managing multiple locations : Coordinating operations across different food sites to maintain consistency and efficiency. Quality control : Ensuring food safety standards and hygiene regulations are met. Staff supervision : Hiring, training, and managing employees to optimize performance. Inventory and supply chain management : Overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies, and liaising with vendors. Budgeting and cost control : Monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures. Customer service : Addressing customer concerns and ensuring a high-quality dining experience. Strategic planning : Developing operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability. Prerequisites: 7-10 years of experience in F&B, cloud kitchen, or hospitality operations. Proven track record in scaling operations and managing multi-location teams.
