Operations Manager Laundry & Dry Cleaning Franchise

ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our laundry and dry cleaning Franchise. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflows, high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and smooth team management.

Also Responsible for leading the execution of all construction-related activities for new FABO store openings along with Project Manager. This includes end-to-end project management, site execution, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality store construction in line with brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Operations :

• Monitor machine operations, washing, dry cleaning, ironing, and packaging processes.
• Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently.
• Monitor performance and enforce company standards
• Monitor Operational costs.
• Motivate the team to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Implement quality assurance procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all customer touchpoints.
• Prepare weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Guide, Monitor and Implement Offline and Online Marketing Strategy

Projects :

• Oversee and manage the complete execution of construction for all new FABO stores from initial planning to handover.
• Supervise on-site construction work to ensure alignment with timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Engage, coordinate, and supervise all contractors, subcontractors, and vendors involved in store construction.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of construction materials and resources required for each site.
• Enforce strict adherence to company quality standards and specifications throughout the construction phase.
• Maintain regular updates and reports on project status, site issues, and completion timelines to senior management.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• The candidate should be capable of providing training, operating chemical-based machines
• Ensure must possess a thorough understanding of laundry services and related processes.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Proven experience in the laundry & dry-cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership & people management skills.
• Good understanding of laundry processes, chemicals, and equipment.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Ms-Excel / Google-Suite
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Skilled in contractor/vendor management
• Time management and problem-solving ability

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION :

• Operations Management or related field
• Experience with laundry management software.

Knowledge of sustainable & eco-friendly laundry practices.
