Operations Manager / Executive

DZ Fresh Foods is seeking a passionate and strategic Operations Manager / Executive – Supply Chain to manage and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations in the fresh meat and seafood sector. This is a critical role focused on procurement, production planning, inventory, logistics, and distribution. Candidates with a supply chain degree, including freshers, are encouraged to apply. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) of this category, ensuring cost-efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.   Key Responsibilities: ● Develop & Execute Strategies – Design and implement supply chain plans to boost efficiency and reduce costs. ● End-to-End Supply Chain Management – Manage procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and distribution. ● Vendor & Supplier Management – Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely supplies. ● Process Optimization – Use data and tools to streamline workflows and improve operational performance. ● Cost & Budget Control – Monitor expenses, manage budgets, and drive cost-saving initiatives. ● Category P&L Management – Track and optimize the P&L for the fresh meat and seafood segment to ensure profitability. ● Team Support – Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support supply chain staff to build a performance-driven environment. ● Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement best practices to meet compliance and quality standards.   Qualifications & Experience: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. ● Experience in food processing, fresh meat, seafood, or FMCG is preferred. ● Freshers with a degree in supply chain management are welcome to apply. ● Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control. ● Proficiency in supply chain tools and data analysis. ● Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. ● Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.   How to Apply: Interested candidates can reach out via email at mansi.wasan@halalbox.in or call us at +919664075154   Join DZ Fresh Foods and be part of a fast-growing company redefining the fresh meat and seafood supply chain through innovation, ownership, and operational excellence!
