They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager-Events to lead the planning and execution of our international conferences. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and delivering seamless global experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end operations for nation & international conferences and forums.
• Coordinate workflows, timelines, and activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee venue selection, logistics, travel, accommodation, catering, AV, and technical requirements.
• Handle budgets, vendor negotiations, and compliance.
• Lead onsite operations and ensure flawless delivery.
• Produce post-event reports and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience managing national & international conferences or large-scale events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, budgeting, and contract management.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours.
