About the Role:

Creste is looking for a proactive, street-smart Operations Manager who can get the best deals, move quickly, and keep things running efficiently behind the scenes. 

From sourcing materials to negotiating costs and managing purchases, this role is all about keeping the operations strong and cost-effective.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Lucknow office.

If you’re someone who enjoys negotiating, managing purchases, and working on-ground, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

1. Procure Materials at the Best Rates

• Source vendors and suppliers for all event and DIY kit materials
• Negotiate costs and make sure quality in every purchase
• Build strong relationships with local vendors

2. Support Operations Team

• Coordinate material deliveries to make sure timelines are met
• Keep records of all purchases and vendor contacts
• Assist in smooth daily functioning of the office

3. Run On-ground Tasks When Needed

• Visit local markets, suppliers, and printing vendors
• Make quick decisions when timelines are tight

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in operations or procurement

• Excellent bargaining and negotiation skills (non-negotiable)

• Strong communication and people-handling skills

• Comfortable with fieldwork and being on the move

• Must be based in Lucknow and available for full-time, in-office work

Preferred:

• Experience in events and education space is a bonus
