Job Description

As an Operations Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction, property maintenance, and facility management. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, executing, and monitoring construction and renovation projects. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring budgets, quality checks, and project documentation. - Overseeing the day-to-day functioning of campus facilities such as hostels, academic blocks, and outdoor spaces. You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, manage operations related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, housekeeping, and security, and optimize AMC contracts and vendor management. - Ensuring timely repair, maintenance, and upgrades of all properties. You will conduct periodic audits, execute corrective actions, and maintain hygiene, safety, and accessibility standards. - Leading facility, maintenance, and project teams with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for managing budgets, procurement, inventory, and MIS reporting, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize operations across campuses, and ensuring statutory compliance and risk management. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to bring strong expertise in construction oversight and facility management to ensure efficient operations and high-quality environments across all our campuses.,
