To know more, kindly visit us at https://sifyinfinitspaces.com/ Location : Noida About the Role : HVAC SME Job Overview: Responsible for Operation, Maintenance and repair of Air-cooled Chillers and its associated CRAHs, chilled water distribution, Water Pumps, DX based PAC machines and Treated Fresh Air units, etc Operate the HVAC equipments with best efficiency. Inspecting the HVAC system performance and condition monitoring for smooth operation of the system. Conducting heat load calculation, CFM measurement, Air-Balancing as an when required. Identify and implement the energy saving potential ideas to maintain the Optimum PUE of the Data centre Facility. Attending customer meeting and handling Customer queries to fulfil the customer demands to achieve the best customer satisfaction. Ensure the customer Service Level Agreements particularly the temperature and RH level in the server hall are managed and maintained within the acceptable level. Resolve the HVAC system problems within minimum possible duration. Involvement in the preparation of the service level agreement to get the prompt service from the OEM. Maintaining Critical spare of the HVAC equipment’s to handle emergency situations. Annual maintenance budget preparation and executing all utilising the allocated budget with a system approach to improve the system performance. To maintain the maximum uptime of the HVAC system without any loss of redundancy levels. Preparation of SOP/MOP/EOP in accordance with systems equipment requirement. Develop a preventive maintenance program and maintain the quality work for any repair activity. Monitor the preventive maintenance to ensure proper operation. Responsibilities also include designing modifications to existing systems, if required. Handling retrofitting or repair jobs as required and review the job for its quality. Evaluate workload and schedule work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes output. Ensure all process and procedures are followed as per the guidelines. Ensures that technicians have proper tools for the job and that they are properly maintained. Evaluates staff to determine training requirements. Provides on-the-job training and support to employees. Oversees facility and equipment maintenance, ensuring that assets are protected and controlled. Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area. Responsible for the design and reviewing the SOPs, standard practices including for HSE across the Operations organization and ensuring adherence of preventative maintenance. Providing meaningful opportunities for Site Energy Engineers and Site Electricians from various sites to interact with each other to build empathy and support. Keeping client engineering teams updated and satisfied, and informed about their own contractual commitments towards Smart Joules. Managing site works of vendors and contractors. Conduct and/or help the Site Energy Engineer conduct small scale events and trainings on energy efficiency at client site Setting daily energy savings targets based on weekly and monthly targets given by Senior Managers and enabling Site Energy Engineers to achieve the intended results. Executing periodic audits at our client sites to ensure our ECMs are performing as intended, and with the intention of discovering additional ECMs Providing constant support to Site Energy Engineers to ensure end-use assets and systems are performing efficiently. Take up the activities necessary to ensure achievement of the person-specific or department specific OKRs. Confidentiality Responsible for ensuring the commitments to our clients on the savings front, the upkeep of the assets and client relationship. Overseeing the preventive maintenance and upkeep of the assets across the sites and guiding the team where there are chronic breakdowns. Collaborate with the Analytics & Central design team to find newer operations ECMs to generate further energy savings. Maintenance Managing execution of maintenance schedules prepared by Sr. Manager in coordination with Site Energy Engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients. Handling inventory management at sites efficiently, ensuring the availability of critical spares. Ensure the spares/consumables procured for maintenance activities are the best cost without compromising on quality. Ensuring vendors are executing all works under AMCs and Warranties in a timely and high-quality manner. Ensuring the data related to maintenance budget estimation is prepared and shared as and when required. Ensuring the maintenance is carried out within the allocated budget. Share all information related to critical breakdowns and client communication with the sr. management. Support the Site Engineers to address all breakdowns. Presenting and explaining monthly reports to clients to help them appreciate our work. Maintaining all site documentation as per Smart Joules standards. Regularly documenting and sharing best practices and success stories from all sites with other Energy Managers and Site Energy Engineers. Leadership Contributions to regional planning in line with our goals and plans. Mentor and help the SEEs in undergoing training and technical development. Ensure the SEEs attend the training sessions organized by Smart Joules.
