Operations Manager

Role Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee complete production, quality, compliance, and team management across our confectionery manufacturing lines. This includes chocolates, wafers, candies, jellies, lollipops, gums, and more.

You will ensure:

• Smooth daily production
• Food safety & FSSAI compliance
• Export readiness (ISO, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, BRC etc.)
• Cost control & efficiency improvement
• Strong leadership across production, QA/QC & operations teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead factory operations to meet production targets & quality benchmarks
• Implement lean manufacturing & reduce downtime
• Ensure FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee export certification processes
• Manage procurement coordination & inventory (RM/PM/WIP/FG)
• Drive safety, hygiene, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

• B-Tech/M-Tech (Mechanical)

  from a reputed college/university

• 10+ years of hands-on experience

  , including

  2+ years in confectionery manufacturing

• Strong understanding of factory operations, compliance, and process optimization
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Must know

  Telugu, Hindi, and English
