📌 Role Overview

Operations Trainees – Content Operations

✅ Qualifications & Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience preferred (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
• Startup/EdTech experience is a plus
• Must have own laptop

🛠️ Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of CA/CS/Commerce student concerns (preferred)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in

  Google Sheets, Docs, Drive

  (mandatory)
• Knowledge of

  Power BI

  is a bonus
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy & quality
• Ability to multitask & deliver within TAT (Turnaround Time)

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Freelancer Onboarding & Coordination:

  Manage end-to-end onboarding & engagement of freelancers (FLs).

• Doubt Resolution Scheduling:

  Align FLs for doubt-solving sessions, ensuring timely resolution.

• Audit & Quality Assurance:

  Review query responses and ensure academic accuracy.

• Copy Checking & Evaluation:

  Oversee evaluation processes within deadlines.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  Track FL performance, share insights with stakeholders.

• Finance Support:

  Assist with monthly payment coordination for FLs.

• Cross-Team Coordination:

  Act as a bridge between SMEs, FLs, and academic teams for smooth workflow.
