Operations Intern — Join Our Startup Journey Location: Remote / Hybrid Duration: 3–6 months Type: Internship (with potential to convert to full-time) About the Role Are you organized, resourceful, and eager to be the engine behind a growing tech startup? At Cortex5 Technologies , we’re looking for an Operations Intern to help manage and streamline the day-to-day activities that keep our team running smoothly. You'll work closely with the founders and core team, gaining hands-on experience across admin, HR, internal processes, and startup operations. What You’ll Do Assist in managing internal operations and daily workflow Help with hiring coordination, onboarding, and documentation Maintain task boards and track project progress Coordinate between teams (creative, tech, marketing) Support founder in scheduling, reporting, and admin tasks Research tools, vendors, and processes to improve efficiency What We’re Looking For Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable using Google Workspace or Excel Proactive attitude — someone who takes ownership Willingness to learn and solve problems independently (Bonus): Familiarity with HR, project management, or startup tools What You Get A creative, flat-hierarchy environment Direct mentorship and learning from the founding team Exposure to multiple departments (tech, design, marketing) Certificate of completion + letter of recommendation Performance-based stipend or long-term opportunity Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7907810686
