Your Responsibilities

• On-Ground Factory Support

  : Assist with day-to-day plant operations — raw material intake, compounding, quality checks, dispatches.

• Inventory & Sample Management

  : Track raw materials, finished goods, and samples moving to clients.

• Vendor & Logistics Coordination

  : Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

• Process Documentation

  : Maintain internal records — production logs, batch data, dispatch notes.

• Problem-Solving

  : Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements.

• Cross-Team Collaboration

  : Work with marketing and business teams to coordinate production timelines with client demands.

Who You Are

✅ Super organized and structured — you like keeping things running smoothly.

✅ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills — you can track, update, and report data with accuracy.

✅ Comfortable working on-ground — warehouse/factory environments don’t scare you.

✅ Hustler mindset — willing to own tasks end-to-end, with minimal supervision.

✅ Eager to learn about production, logistics, and scaling physical products.
