Cityflo is a daily commute company that provides a comfortable, stress-free travel experience for corporate professionals, as an alternative to driving. With premium buses, a simple app and caring customer service, our passengers get the luxury of time in their busy schedules — where they can read their book, watch Netflix, nap or simply soak in the view of the city. We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way.

Today, we run 500 buses and log 30000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business in Mumbai, we’ve expanded services to Hyderabad, Pune & Delhi, where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 2 years, we plan to scale to 1000 buses and 100,000 daily bookings across all the cities.

About This Role :

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Interns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, internal coordination and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound & outbound candidate sourcing calls.
• Update candidates with proper information regarding role & responsibilities.
• Coordinate with internal team for better allignment.
• Maintain database of candidates who are eligible for hire.
• Assist in operational tasks as required to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements :

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• For interns – willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred Qualification:

• Freshers are welcome to apply for internship roles.
