Role Objective The Tele Sales Manager will be responsible for driving inside sales for Ecotyl’s B2B segment. This includes managing outbound calling campaigns, nurturing distributor and retailer relationships, and enabling sales conversions across India through digital and telephonic channels. The role bridges Ecotyl’s national sales strategy with tactical execution, ensuring consistent communication, conversion, and account growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Conversion Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential distributors, retailers, and wellness store owners. Qualify leads, pitch Ecotyl’s product offerings, and convert them into sales or partnerships. Follow up with cold and warm leads to build engagement and close deals. 2. Database & CRM Management Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools. Regularly update the database with new contact information, notes, and deal status. 3. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with the field sales team for sample dispatches, closures, and escalations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance metrics. 4. Market Research & Feedback Loop Gather feedback from potential and existing customers and report trends and concerns. Share competitor insights and consumer preferences with the sales and marketing teams. Candidate Profile Education Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. Experience Minimum 1-2 years of telesales experience in FMCG, wellness, or food products preferred. Prior experience in B2B or D2C wellness sales is an added advantage. Skills Strong communication (Hindi & English), persuasion, and negotiation skills. Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
