Job Description

We are looking for a street-smart, "never say die" individual to handle HR, Admin, and Operations. This is not a 9-to-7 paper-pushing job. This is a role for someone who hates drama, loves speed, and can figure out solutions without needing their hand held.

The Role: Basically, if the Founder needs it done, you get it done

.
  • HR & Recruitment: Manage recruitment partners, filter candidates, and handle onboarding
  • Operations & Admin: specific admin activities, vendor management (technical & non-technical), and keeping the office running smooth
  • Accounts: Handling basic petty cash, invoices, and coordination with accountants
  • Automation: Setting up basic workflows (Google Forms, Zapier, etc) to save time


Who You Are:

  • No Drama: You solve the problem, not someone who says this is the problem
  • Tech-Savvy: You arent a coder, but you know your way around software and can learn new tools quickly
  • Street Smart: You know how to negotiate with a vendor and how to find a cheaper, better alternative when things go wrong
