🛠️ What You’ll Work On

• Building themes

  : Custom-designed, production-grade BD templates

• Creating tools

  : Real-world plugins used by paying BD clients

• Client-facing projects

  : Helping deliver tools, fixes, and solutions

• Launching what you build

  : See your code go live, gather feedback, improve

• Learning what to build

  : Understand client needs and market gaps

• Documentation & blog content

  : Explaining what you build to the world

• Monthly bootcamps

  : Compete, ship, and showcase with other devs — food + energy on us!

📦 What You’ll Get

First 2 months of training are absolutely free.

• (Generally, priced at Rs 1,00,000 + GST; we are onboarding candidates who are okay to onboard with 100% scholarship.)

Post training:

• Fixed stipend of ₹5,000/month for next 6 months (only if productive output ≥ 75%)
• Earn up to ₹15,000/month with bonuses tied to what you actually ship
• Daily use of AI (Copilot, ChatGPT) to 4x your work speed
• Your work gets published live — visible to the world on our dev showcase
• Learn more in 6 months than most do in 6 years — or 20, if stuck in tutorials

💰 Compensation & Rewards

Pay Structure (Post Month 2):

• ₹5,000/month base (on 75%+ productive output only)

Performance Band:

• Max Additional reward = Upto ₹10,000/month
• Based on delivery, documentation, and ownership

Interview Dates & How It Works

Option 1 — Walk-In:

• Come directly on 

  Monday, June 30th

   or

• Fill the above google-form before you come — but if we review it and you’re not a fit, you may be sent back. So take it seriously.

Option 2 — Final Chance:

• Fill the google-form by Tuesday July 1st EOD.
• If you are shortlisted, We’ll update you in a day or two after you submit.

Timings for All Days:

• Registration:

   10:00 AM to 10:30 AM sharp. Anyone late will not be allowed.

• Interviews & Results:

   11:00 AM to 7:00 PM same day.
• Lunch, tea, coffee, and water will be provided.

What You MUST Bring
