Operations & HR Executive

Role Objective

To ensure smooth internal operations, seamless team coordination, SOP implementation, and hiring processes — allowing the founder to focus on growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations (60%)

• Streamline internal workflows using ClickUp or Basecamp & SOPs
• Track progress of client projects across departments
• Ensure task allocation and timely execution (Daily stand-ups, weekly reviews)
• Coordinate between marketing, sales, and delivery teams
• Handle vendors, subscriptions, billing, and internal documentation
• Update and maintain company dashboards, reports, and project trackers
  

HR (40%)

• Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
• Manage onboarding (contracts, SOPs, team tools access)
• Keep performance scorecards updated
• Monitor team attendance, productivity, and culture metrics
• Plan monthly check-ins, feedback loops, and team bonding activities
• Help maintain a high-performance, positive, no-nonsense culture

Who This Role is For

• 1–3 years experience in Ops or HR roles (Agency or startup preferred)
• Strong with tools: ClickUp, Google Sheets, Basecamp, etc.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken), professional tone
• Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and proactive communicator
• Loves structure, SOPs, and making things work better
• Ambitious, loyal, and wants to grow into a leadership role
