Role Description

As the Senior Performance Marketer, you’ll own the complete ad strategy and execution across Meta and Google platforms for our internal funnel launches.


This role demands end-to-end accountability and ownership:


  • You’re not just “running ads”—you’re responsible for

    outcomes, ROI, and strategic execution

    .
  • You’ll collaborate with other team members to execute

    complete funnel-based marketing campaigns

    .
  • You are expected to proactively identify problems, solve bottlenecks, test angles, and

    drive performance with minimal supervision.


You must think like a growth marketer, not a task-taker. You’ll be working with large budgets (₹20L–₹50L/month), and expected to deliver clear ROI with weekly performance reviews.


Responsibilities

  • Build and scale paid campaigns across

    Meta + Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display)

  • Strategize full-funnel workflows:

    lead magnets → webinars/VSLs → sales → retargeting

  • Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page hooks
  • Manage and monitor

    custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting

  • Ensure flawless tracking using

    GA4, GTM, and UTM parameters

  • Run aggressive A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers
  • Analyze funnel metrics daily and report performance proactively
  • Work closely with our automation, funnel, and creative team to

    execute campaigns end-to-end


Requirements

  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience (in coaching/EdTech preferred)
  • Proven success scaling Webinar & VSL funnels
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Comfortable with FlexiFunnels, ClickFunnels, etc.
  • Skilled with ActiveCampaign, WhatsApp API tools like Aisensy, Interakt
  • Strong in ROI-focused thinking, copywriting, and data interpretation
  • Obsession with metrics like CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel conversion rates
